How to get to the Council Service Center and Scout Shop:

From Chester/Petersburg

I-95 N to Exit 79 (Charlottesville/Powhite) After taking exit, bear left and take 195 S.  Take the Broad St./Hamilton St. exit.  Take a right at the bottom of the ramp onto Hamilton St.  Take a right at the first light onto Broad St.  Get in the left lane, go two blocks and take a left, beside McLeans Restaurant, onto Lafayette.  Take the first right onto Fitzhugh Ave.  We are at the end of the block on the left.

From Downtown

Go west on Broad St. (out of the city).  Cross over the Boulevard.  Cross over Hamilton.  Two blocks past Hamilton you will see McLeans Restaurant on your left.  Turn left at McLeans onto Lafayette.  Take the first right onto Fitzhugh.  We are at the end of the block on the left.

From the West End

Take Broad St. and head east. (towards the city)  After you cross Staples Mill Rd. you will go to the third light (Malvern Ave.) and make a right.  We are at the first light on the left hand side. (Corner of Malvern and Fitzhugh)

From Fredericksburg

Take I-95 S to exit 79 (Charlottesville/Powhite).  Bear left on the ramp and take 195 S.  Get off at the first exit (Broad St./Hamilton).  Bear right at the end of the ramp onto Hamilton.  Go to the first light and turn right onto Broad St.  Get in the left lane, go two blocks and turn left beside of McLeans Restaurant, onto Lafayette.  Take the first right onto Fitzhugh.  We are at the end of the block on the left.

From Huguenot Road

 (Grove, Patterson, and Monument)  We are on the right at the fourth light.  Cross the Huguenot Bridge and continue to go straight through two lights.  At the third light you will turn left onto Malvern Ave.  You will go through three lights.

From Farmville

Take 360 E to 288 N.  Then take Powhite Pkwy. N to 195 N.  You want to take the Patterson and Grove Exit.  Once you get to the top of the ramp, make a left turn.  Go to the 4^th light and make a left onto Monument Ave.  Go to the 2^nd light and make a right onto Malvern Ave.  We are on the right at the next light. (corner of Malvern and Fitzhugh Ave.)
