Tell us about your service project!
We know that Scouts across nation are answering the call to service. To tell the story of how your den, pack, patrol, troop, crew or post is contributing to this effort, log onto www.goodturnforamerica.org. Units were mailed their log-in ID# in April. ID#’s can also be obtained from your District Executive or from Michelle Griffin (204-2633

A number of units have logged on and started recording their service hours. Among the units using the GTFA website: Troop 912 at Fort Lee has entered 4 projects totaling 361 hours since mid-March; Pack 923 of First United Methodist Church planted trees in Hopewell; Providence United Methodist Church Troop 862 did some landscaping for an elderly woman and Church of the Redeemer Pack 503 conducted a bake sale and donated the proceeds to the Great American Bake Sale to end childhood hunger. Other units include Troop 160, Pack 877, Pack 710 and Pack 222.
Good Turn for America is a national call to service by the BSA to ensure adequate food and shelter and to develop good health habits in our nation.
