Is there a Scoutmaster or Eagle Scout you would like to honor? The James E. West Award Program gives you an opportunity to honor an individual in a meaningful way while supporting the future of Scouting. To partiipate, you must contribute $1,000 (to $24,999) to the council's general endowment and provide your name or the name of another honoree. The participant, or honoree will receive a certificate and annual recognition for your membership in the James E. West Society.
